The system always operates with a negative pressure depending on the type and width of the stable, typically up to 30Pa.
Saturn is suitable for stables where you want the adhesive effect at low capacity, and simultaneously don't want the air to drop too quickly towards the floor at high capacity, therefore we have installed a distribution plate which will direct the air horizontally out into the room when the diffusors are fully open, for instance in stables with slats in the floor.
FarmMaster/FarmCenter
If the plant is controlled by FarmCenter + FarmMaster, the air inlets can be regulated according to a combination of pressure, temperature and humidity.
Extraction can be regulated both by an infinitely variable system and by a step system.
The control unit can register water and feed consumption, as well as regulate a cooling and automatic spray system. It can communicate with a PC via Mux or Communicator.
The dampers in the exhaust and the star diffusor are each controlled of a damper motor. The dampers can be regulated by a combination of pressure , temperature and humitity to achive a constant image of the negative pressure in the stable. |
