Natural ventilation with air vents

An ideal solution for ventilation in cattle sheds and pig stables with a loose housing system.

The system has been developed for ventilation in stables and is installed at the top of the stable when the structure is constructed with steel rafters.

Air intake takes place either through light inlets that are built into the wall or light flaps that are fitted into apertures in the wall.

Automatic control

If you require automatic control of System 1-2-3 and the light inlet/light flap, then NaturalMaster/NaturalCenter should be used.

Functions.

The longitudinal wind-repelling plate that is mounted on each side of the ridge opening can either be fixed or adjusted parallel to the roof.

Adjustment

The wind-repelling plates can be adjusted individually or in tandem with one or two control levers. Individual adjustment is advantageous in periods with strong blowing onto a single side of the ridge.

It is possible to control the system automatically with NaturalMaster/NaturalCenter and Linak Actuator. The development of electronic control units has enabled the air vents in the system to be controlled so precisely that a constant uniform airflow can be maintained in the stable.

A simple clamp system regulates the plate parallel to the roof opening. The adjustable clamp is fixed to the roofing sheets and fabricated in hot-galvanised metal.
