 Functions.
The system always operates with a negative pressure depending on the type and width of the stable, typically up to 10 Pa., and in poultry farms a little higher according to the season.
Platinum Plus
If the plant is controlled by Platinum Plus, the wall inlets can be regulated according to a combination of pressure, temperature and humidity. Extraction is regulated by a step system, which means that one or two fans in the stable are infinitely variable and the others can be systematically engaged such that that the pressure remains stable as the ventilation conditions change. This form of control results in extremely low energy consumption. The control unit can easily be upgraded to control various weighing scales, etc. It can communicate with a PC via Mux or Communicator.
FarmMaster/FarmCenter
If the plant is controlled by FarmCenter + FarmMaster, the wall inlets can be regulated according to a combination of pressure, temperature and humidity. Extraction can be regulated both by an infinitely variable system and by a step system. The control unit can register water and feed consumption, as well as regulate a cooling and automatic spray system. It can communicate with a PC via Mux or Communicator.
The dampers in the exhaust and the flaps in the wall inlets are each controlled of a damper motor to achieve a constant image of the negative pressure in the stable.
