 Function
Systems with "Combi" ventilation must be designed according to the maximum capacity of the loft inlets or Coanda air intake without taking into account the air through the diffuse ceiling. The opening to the inner loft must be 3-4 cm² per m3 air.
Loft inlet
The loft inlets are completely tight-fitting and contribute to the maintenance of the required negative pressure for diffuse ventilation. The loft inlets are designed such that the Coanda effect can be exploited at openings of up to 40%, after which ventilation of the animals will become direct.
FarmMaster/FarmCenter
When the system is controlled by FarmCenter + FarmMaster, the air intake can be regulated according to a combination of pressure, temperature and humidity.
Extraction can be controlled by step regulation, which means that one or two fans in the stable are infinitely variable, and the others are activated according to a system such that the pressure remains stable under changing ventilation conditions. This method of control results in extremely low energy consumption.
The fans can also be jointly controlled and are infinitely variable. |
