Negative pressure system with light inlets

Negative pressure system with light inlets

An ideal solution for ventilation in calf stables with a loose housing system.

There are vents in the roof and light inlets are built into the walls as air intakes.

Concept components

Exhaust

TU 800 or TU 600 installed in the roof

Air intake

Light inlets that are available in many different sizes

Fan

Capacity depending on number of animals and species

Control unit

Extraction can be controlled by, for example, H400

Light inlets are regulated manually or automatically

Function

Calves cannot cope with dampness or draughts.

Changing temperatures are not a problem, and for calves we therefore recommend a manually controlled ventilation system with air intake units of the light inlet type.

The extraction fan features infinitely variable regulation by means of H400 with percentage regulation.

Regulation by means of a temperature sensor is not suitable in calf stables since not enough heat is generated to affect the sensor.
